About Dr. McIntire
Dr. McIntire received his degree in Biology/Chemistry from Southern Nazarene University in 1994. Before receiving his dental degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, he was employed as a surgical assistant for several of the doctors who are current partners. After receiving his dental degree in 2001, he continued his education at the Indiana University School of Medicine receiving his certificate in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in June of 2005.
He received the Southwest Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons Outstanding Dental Student Award in 2001 and was ranked at the top of his class in 2004 after taking his Midwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Resident Board Exam.
Since 2005, Dr. McIntire has placed thousands of dental implants and has proved to be a leader within our association. He has participated in numerous continuing education seminars to help educate the General Dentists in our area on the restoration of dental implants and care of the dental implant patient.
He has diplomate status in the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons and the American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Community and Family
Dr. McIntire has volunteered his time performing general medical care in Rio Bravo, Mexico and Lima, Peru as well as assisting and the Olivet Baptist Church Medical Clinic.
Last year, Dr. McIntire was featured in Oklahoma Magazine as one of Oklahoma’s “40 Under 40”, 2013’s class of Oklahoma’s top young leaders. He is an avid runner and has participated in several Iron Man Triathlons. Dr. McIntire is married and has 3 boys.
