About Dr. Kostohryz
A native of Fort Worth, Dr. Kostohryz graduated from Texas Christian University and then enrolled in the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Dental School and Medical School, receiving both his DDS and MD degrees. He completed a six-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program and was Chief Resident during his final year. Dr. Kostohryz is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. His hospital affiliations include, Baylor All Saints Hospital, Cook Children’s Medical Center, and Fort Worth Surgery Center.
Dr. Kostohryz is an active member of many professional organizations including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Southwest Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the American Medical Association. He is a Diplomate of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Kostohryz has also served as Director Under 10 for the Fort Worth District Dental Society.
Community and Family
A devoted family man, Dr. Kostohryz enjoys spending time with wife and two children. He is involved with the Trinity Valley School where he holds a position as the Chair of the Trinity Valley School Alumni Development Committee. A true sports enthusiast, he supports the teams from his alma mater, Texas Christian University. He is also an avid runner.
