Recognizing the importance of a patient’s dental health, the friendly, caring office staff is available to answer any questions regarding specific dental treatments.
A unique feature of San Diego Prosthodontics is their on-site “state of the art” prosthetic laboratory staffed with two full-time, experienced dental laboratory technicians. This in-house dental laboratory ensures complete control and timely delivery of superior quality customized crowns, bridges, dental implants, dentures and facial prostheses.
All phases of complete denture fabrication, most implant supported restorations and cast precious metal crowns and bridges can be accomplished on-site within the office facility. A custom milling machine is available for the fabrication of high-end implant supported restorations. All phases of fabrication of silicone facial prostheses, from sculpting to processing and painting are handled in the laboratory.
The office employs the latest techniques in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including the use of digital panoramic and intraoral x-rays. This allows quick, efficient processing of x-rays with reduced radiation exposure. Coordination of care with other dental specialists is facilitated by their ability to e-mail digital x-rays to other clinicians instantaneously.
Each of their new operatories is equipped with the latest computer technology. Large, easy to view computer screens allows Dr. Gulbransen to discuss a patient’s individual treatment plan in detail during their appointment.
